After 20 years in the role of General Contractor, Craig Perry felt there was a better way to integrate the interests and agendas of the Owner, Contractors and Designers.    Approaching 22 years in his role as a Leed Certified Construction Manager for hire, Craig and Pointsource work with individual clients to establish solid contractual obligations focused on helping all parties to succeed.  We facilitate the day to day, week to week details while measuring everyone’s progress. Craig’s 42 years managing construction projects ranges from anchoring larger clients like Qualcomm’s 3 signature properties in San Diego and leading the 3-year construction effort of Pechanga Resort’s expansion and renovation to working with small developers of retail projects as well as Market and Public Private Affordable housing.  Craig is a San Diego native and graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Industrial Technology.

JIM FRAGER

Jim Frager has been in the executive role for the past 30 years in the construction industry.  He has led project teams throughout California and Arizona.  In the past 10 years, he has specialized within the Multifamily industry and has participated in the development and construction process on over 3,700 apartment units.

Jim’s diverse 30-year background includes extensive experience in OSHPD Healthcare facilities, Indian Gaming and Infrastructure projects, Design Build and Build-to-Suit Leaseback projects.  He has completed in excess of $1.2 billion of construction related projects across multiple market sectors.  He is a Licensed General Contractor, LEED Accredited holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.

Sara McCormack has 12 years of construction expertise working on multi-family, school, hospital and public works projects.  She is an ASPE Certified Professional Estimator, Licensed General Contractor, LEED Accredited and holds a BS in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. For over 10 years Sara has worked with Jim and Craig on multiple types of projects where delivery of services was either as General Contractor or as Construction Managers.
