Broadstone Coronado is a 550-unit remodel of an existing multifamily complex built in the 1970’s. The project included a complete makeover of the clubhouse, pool complex and structural retrofit of the existing two-level parking structure. In addition to this scope, all 550 units were completely refurbished while maintaining occupancy throughout the project.
