ROLE – 3rd Party Construction Management

DETAILS – 30 units (15 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom) designed for veteran households earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income.  Located on the former site of Camp Anza, a WWII Army training camp, the project included the rehabilitation of the Camp’s historic Officers’ Club, which serves as the community center for residents.
