PROJECT – Qualcomm

ROLE – Served as 3rd party Construction Manager for Building AA, Building V, Building Q, Building N (Headquarters), campus parking garage, and The Irwin M Jacobs Qualcomm  Hall

DETAILS – Our team served as Owners’ Representative for Qualcomm, Inc. for much of their office space expansion from 1998 through 2005.  We provided staff augmentation associated to the design, budgeting and construction of Building AA, Building N and Building Q, three of Qualcomm’s major corporate office locations in the San Diego market.  Building N, being the central location of the Qualcomm campus, involved a complex integrated security system and a high-performance preforming and lecture hall, seating over 500 people.  Additional services included coordination with design management, accounting, estimating, budgeting, quality control, schedule, pay application review, and change order review and approval, continuous project oversight during the course of construction, and coordination with Facilities Management throughout the process.
